New Outdoor Kitchen and Woodland Forge at Path Hill

We have been awarded a significant grant from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development to build more facilities at Path Hill. Over the next year we will be constructing a new outdoor kitchen with wood ovens and smokers and a brand-new woodland area with a woodland forge, a traditional woodland craft site and charcoal kilns. This will greatly expand what we can offer our students – they will be involved in the construction of these buildings and we will develop programmes in outdoor catering, woodland management and metalwork. We are also planning to put on exciting new courses for adults and families once everything is in place.
