Three of our one to one students and two instructors went for a caving expedition in the Mendip Hills this week. During their two day trip, they visited Goatchurch Cavern and Swildons Hole.
Part of the trip was a chance for the students to practice their independent living skills, as they packed and checked all their equipment and budgeted, planned and cooked all their own meals. The caves themselves challenged their knowledge of climbing, use of safety equipment, and supporting each other in a difficult environment. We are very proud to hear how well they all worked together.
