One to One Programme

This hugely successful programme supports vulnerable young people to grow in confidence and to develop in the context of supportive relationships, positioning young people at the centre of their learning.

It is a one staff to one student programme, designed to meet often complex and challenging needs and provides students with the chance to develop skills in a supportive educational setting. The programme is bespoke to each individual, but all students will spend time working in the outdoors taking part in a range of activities tailored to their interests.

Our staff includes qualified teachers, youth workers, Forest School and bushcraft experts, but more importantly people passionate about our work and the young people we support. We are also fortunate to have a qualified SENCo, Play Therapist, and Counsellor on our team.

Our referral process is relational and starts with a conversation to understand the needs of the student. This is followed by a visit which helps us get to know each other and ensure the perfect Instructor is matched to the student.

Start the process by speaking to Programme Manager, Louise, on 0118 984 2500.

“In a beautiful setting Path Hill provides the right balance between structure and free play in their learning environment. All the team at PH have supported A in developing a positive attitude to challenge, choice and change, providing the stretch in the challenge needed with support to make the goal a success resulting in an increased self-esteem.   In a safe environment PH has shown A how to build and develop positive relationships through play and outside activities.   PH is A’s happy place!!!”

Path Hill saved our family unit and helped us avoid our child going into care. My child’s mental health is in a much better place – we have our boy back!
