At Path Hill, we firmly believe that spending time outdoors in nature can greatly improve your sense of wellbeing.

This belief is supported by an increasing amount of evidence from organisations such as Mind, the NHS and Natural England, which shows that spending time in green spaces and nature can lower our stress levels, boost our mood, improve our immune system, instil a sense of calm and relaxation, and much more.

As a species, we have evolved alongside woodlands, nature and green spaces. Our bodies and brains recognise this environment as home. It is only very recently in our history that we have severed this connection and it makes sense that we feel well in these natural spaces.
